📋 Description

• Develop and enhance user journeys for employees, managers, and service teams.

• Establish scalable UI patterns for service exploration, request submission, and tracking fulfillment.

• Conceptualize and prototype interactions among self-service options, knowledge bases, AI-driven suggestions, and workflows.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Content Designers to actualize concepts.

• Collaborate with Service Operations teams (HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) to ensure alignment with real-world processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product design experience with a robust portfolio demonstrating growth-focused projects.

• Extensive background in product-led growth within SaaS platforms, particularly in B2B or enterprise tools.

• Familiarity with ITAM, CRM, HRIS, or other employee experience technologies.

• Profound expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking.

• Proficient in Figma, prototyping tools, and usability testing techniques.

• Ability to navigate complexity and develop scalable, user-friendly solutions.
