• We are in search of a Senior Product Designer who is driven and ambitious, possessing a background in delivering top-notch graphic software and animation tools swiftly and iteratively.

• As a Senior Product Designer at LottieFiles, you will play a key role in translating our product vision into impactful real-world solutions with a focus on user-centric design.

• Your responsibilities will include crafting experiences that simplify complex animation technologies into engaging, intuitive, and compelling prototypes to expedite the path from concept to market.

• Collaborating with designers, engineers, and product managers, you will create innovative, user-focused designs that align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 5 years of Product Design experience, encompassing the design, launch, and iterative enhancement of varied interactive digital products/features while leading the complete Product Design process.

• Demonstrate expertise in crafting motion design experiences tailored for designers and developers.

• Have a track record of thriving in cross-functional teams, working alongside engineers, product managers, and fellow designers.

• Showcase exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, recognizing how subtle nuances combine to form a seamless, user-friendly design.

• Exhibit experience in implementing and expanding design systems, as well as establishing design principles and methodologies that empower team members to deliver outstanding and consistent experiences.

• Possess familiarity with data visualization techniques.

• Have operated in demanding design environments utilizing popular design tools (our toolkit includes Figma, Linear, Pitch, and Notion).
