Senior Product Designer - Media Innovations

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team including Product Design, Content Design, Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Operations to elevate the business to new heights;

• Engage in all phases of the design process, from user research and ideation to final visual design and implementation support;

• Gain deep insights into user needs through generative research and exploration;

• Develop visually stunning mockups and prototypes that resonate with users on an emotional level;

• Conduct usability tests and refine designs based on user feedback;

• Work with Product Managers to devise systematic solutions aligning user needs, data, business goals, and strategy;

• Collaborate with engineers to deliver impactful products within technological constraints and timelines;

• Lead productive work sessions with various stakeholders across the company;

• Drive the growth of product design expertise internally and externally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software product design;

• Demonstrated success in designing and launching enterprise solutions for global users at scale;

• Ideally, have expertise in GenAI or Creative Tooling areas;

• Ability to strategize product direction and communicate a clear vision;

• Skilled in navigating ambiguity and aligning user, technology, and business perspectives into actionable plans;

• Proven ability to foster collaboration and synergy across organizational initiatives;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for various audience levels;

• Proficiency in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping with thoughtful execution;

• Collaborative mindset in working with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal solutions;

• Proficiency in advanced Figma features like Autolayout, Variables, DevMode, Responsive Prototypes, etc;

• Experience in collaborating with machine learning and data science teams for user-centric algorithm design;

• Familiarity with working alongside offshore development teams and strategies for effective collaboration.
