🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of design work experience and a strong background, ideally in enterprise B2B applications, with a high bar for quality design and impeccable attention to detail.

• A portfolio showcasing previous design projects, including visuals and a description of the design process.

• A great communicator with interpersonal skills who can communicate complex concepts and ideas to many stakeholders with varying levels of UI/UX design exposure.

• Experience planning and conducting generative user interviews and usability testing of prototypes.

• Passionate about using quantitative data and qualitative research findings to support design decisions and advocate for the best user experience.

• Understands the pillars of design systems, including principles, components, patterns, and accessibility, as both a design system consumer and design system creator.

• Fluent in UX design tools and methods for creating mockups and prototypes such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and others.

• Driven by curiosity and humility to seek feedback until we get it right for the customer.

• A growth mindset with a passion for sharing learning through mentorship, presentations, and more.
