• Take the lead in strategic design for iOS and Android features within AlphaSense's Mobile team.
• Develop mobile-first wireframes, prototypes, and visually engaging design experiences.
• Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback and data analysis.
• Create and implement a design strategy that aligns with company objectives.

• Demonstrate effective communication skills and collaborate with various departments.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design quality and user experience are maintained throughout the development process.
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, focusing on mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual interaction design for iOS and Android platforms.
• Enthusiasm for addressing UX challenges in Generative AI and simplifying complex AI functionalities into user-friendly experiences.
• Ability to create unified user experiences adaptable across different devices.
• Passion for crafting exceptional user experiences, curiosity, forward-thinking mindset, and eagerness to learn about complex subjects quickly.
• Proficiency in design tools, primarily Figma, and prototyping tools.
• Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, end-to-end customer workflows, and transforming new users into regular users.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in projects and mentoring team members.
• Experience in designing within an enterprise SaaS environment is advantageous.
