• Take ownership of the end-to-end UX and UI for Dexter Mobile, bringing concepts to life through shipped features.
• Streamline and enhance critical nursing workflows like documentation, shift planning, and handovers.
• Develop flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Establish and maintain a streamlined design system to ensure consistent and efficient development processes.
• Collaborate closely with founders and engineers on a daily basis to facilitate rapid iteration and product deployment.
• Utilize user feedback and analytics tools such as Mixpanel, UXCam, or Smartlook to identify UX issues and enhance product performance.
• Conduct user tests to validate ideas pre and post-release, documenting design decisions for team clarity.
• Possess 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer in the digital product realm.
• Showcase a portfolio with 2–3 case studies illustrating problems solved, processes followed, and successful outcomes shipped.
• Demonstrate proficiency in designing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Have advanced skills in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and basic design system implementation.
• Exhibit strong UX fundamentals encompassing flows, IA, interaction patterns, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers; familiarity with Flutter/Dart used by our mobile team.
• Comfortably conduct user tests and iterate based on feedback, with clear English communication skills in a fast-paced startup environment.
