• As a Senior Product Designer at Remote, you will autonomously drive design for a development team or feature area, supported by a talented group of designers, developers, and PMs. You will work on challenging and impactful projects within the payroll team, focusing on building safe and compliant payment experiences for our customers.

• We are looking for an IC product designer with extensive experience and a proven track record of mastering all aspects of the design process. You should excel in ambiguous situations and be able to drive projects forward with minimal direction.
• Candidates with a history of autonomously owning design for their team or feature area are preferred.
• Experience in designing complex solutions for digital environments, particularly in Payroll, Fintech, HR tech, B2B, or SaaS, is highly valued.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional results for both the business and end users, with a focus on quality and delightful user experiences, is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in product design through simplicity, typography, interaction design, and UI design is required.
• Case studies that illustrate your end-to-end design process, from insight gathering to optimization, are necessary.
• Effective collaboration skills within cross-functional teams, along with persuasive communication abilities, are key to driving successful outcomes.
