• Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent, specializing in HCI, Interaction Design, graphic design, computer science, or related fields
• Capable of engaging with strategic customers in decision-making roles
• Demonstrate a track record of delivering exceptional digital products throughout the design process
• Ability to lead large design projects while considering diverse stakeholder needs
• Skilled in creating visually appealing and interactive designs rooted in a data-driven UX process
• Think systematically to design both the overarching vision and detailed execution for engineering success
• Blend technical expertise with visual design skills to develop powerful and user-friendly engineering tools
• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes
• Experience in Cloud admin or Big Data product design is advantageous
• Proficiency in React, SQL, CSS, and/or Python is a plus
