• You will be part of the Platform Experience team in the Platforms & Partnerships department, focusing on third-party integrations and developer experiences.
• Product Design at Jobber is decentralized, and you will lead design efforts in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Your responsibilities will include designing experiences for app integrations, the store, and partnerships with third-party supply catalogs.
• As a Product Designer, you will simplify complex issues into user-friendly experiences and validate concepts through research and testing.
• In the role of Senior Product Designer, you will establish UX strategies, conduct research, design comprehensive experiences, and utilize AI for personalized experiences.
• Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams is essential to deliver integrated solutions.

• Must have over 3 years of experience in designing web or mobile SaaS products, with exposure to partnerships, integrations, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in design or UX roles in fast-growing SaaS environments, collaborating effectively across various levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of SMB and/or B2B audiences, with insights into diverse user needs and behaviors.
• Expertise in visual and interaction design, supported by a portfolio of user-centered work.
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, FigJam, ChatGPT, and sketching, with the ability to choose the right tool for each task.
• Skilled in conducting and applying qualitative and quantitative research to shape product direction.
• Strategic thinker aligning UX initiatives with product vision and business outcomes, along with strong storytelling abilities.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies, with practical application experience in product and design settings.
• Active participation in the design community and dedication to nurturing talent at all levels.
