Senior Product Designer - Provider

📋 Description

• Utilize your product design expertise, visual thinking abilities, and system stewardship skills to collaborate closely with a skilled and purposeful cross-functional team. Together, evolve our product vision and create innovative design solutions.

• Play a crucial role in enhancing and expanding the Headway design system (Helix) to enhance the provider experiences as we grow.

• Contribute to fostering a positive team culture, refining processes, establishing a strong foundation, and supporting the development of a top-tier startup design team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer.

• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching complex and meticulously crafted software products.

• Possess a visionary mindset and the capability to execute tasks at a superior level. Attention to detail is key, ensuring even the smallest interactions are perfected.

• Ability to strike a balance between speed and craftsmanship, recognizing when to prioritize speed and when to focus on refining details.

• Strong sense of design aesthetics, actively staying updated on industry trends, and having the ability to guide the team towards achieving exceptional design standards.

• Operate with a sense of ownership, autonomy, and agency in all tasks.
