Senior Product Designer, Reporting and Analytics

📋 Description

• Seeking a Senior Product Designer specializing in Advanced Reporting and Analytics for SimplePractice's EHR. Responsibilities include designing reporting interfaces, dashboards, and analytics workflows.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer support teams to establish scalable design patterns for analytics across various user types.

• Lead design initiatives for reporting interfaces that assist practices in making informed decisions regarding client care, operational efficiency, and business performance.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the Practice Management Pillar.

• Develop and maintain information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product design experience in a tech company with a focus on product design.

• Proficient in Figma with a strong foundation in UI and interaction design, emphasizing attention to detail, including excellent writing skills for product copy and microcopy.

• Ability to quickly iterate and generate multiple design concepts, including conducting user testing to validate design decisions.

• Skilled in time management, meeting deadlines, and possessing a creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative solutions.

• Must have a portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving, innovative solutions, and a clean visual aesthetic, along with self-motivation, a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and accountability.
