• In this role as the Product Designer for our Runner Fleet team, you will be responsible for crafting user-friendly management interfaces and dashboards to streamline the administration of build infrastructure on a large scale. Your designs will help identify performance bottlenecks and drive down operational costs efficiently.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team consisting of a Product Manager and Engineering Manager to tackle intricate data visualization challenges and ensure that enterprise customers can effectively scale their development operations.
• Your designs will cater to some of the biggest development teams worldwide, overseeing thousands of runners and processing extensive CI/CD workloads.
• Work closely with CI/CD and AI/ML teams to create predictive insights and machine learning-driven recommendations that enable customers to optimize their CI/CD operations.
• Previous experience in designing B2B/Enterprise software tailored for complex workflows, administrative interfaces, and SaaS products serving mid to large organizations.
• Background in developer tools design, specifically in DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure management, and technical product interfaces.
• Demonstrated proficiency in user research methods including usability testing, user interviews, and solution validation.
• Ability to foster collaboration across various product teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in data visualization design, encompassing dashboards, metrics interfaces, and analytics UX.
• Proficient in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, component libraries, and collaborative design workflows.
• Familiarity with Git and a solid grasp of CI/CD workflows and infrastructure concepts.
