• Your contributions will directly impact key metrics such as net revenue, add-to-cart rate, RPV, and customer retention for major retail partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, engineers, data scientists, and merchandisers to streamline complex workflows into user-friendly tools. This includes developing intuitive rule builders, visualizing ranking effects in real time, and automating promotional tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive transparency in cause-and-effect relationships, showcasing the impact of changes on items, positions, and page metrics. Enable rapid experimentation with personalization and AI-driven recommendations.
• Demonstrate a goal-oriented and iterative approach to problem-solving, emphasizing quick learning and delivery of impactful solutions.
• Possess practical experience in conducting research, including leading user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to design for complex and unfamiliar challenges, particularly in B2B settings where understanding intricate workflows is essential.
• Ability to convert ambiguity into structured solutions by identifying patterns, defining systems, and creating scalable and reusable designs.
