• As a Senior Product Designer – Service Designer at Netguru, you will:
• Immerse yourself in a dynamic environment driving digital transformation for clients globally.
• Collaborate with renowned clients like UBS, OLX, Merck, and IKEA to drive impactful software solutions.
• Lead service design projects that shape customer experiences, products, and organizational processes.

• At least 5 years of experience in UX/Product/Service Design roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading service design projects and showcasing tangible outcomes.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, research methods, and designing complex user journeys.
• Ability to effectively facilitate workshops with various stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR B2+ minimum).
• Proactive mindset and ownership mentality in project environments.
• Proficiency in prototyping and service validation methodologies.
• Familiarity with design tools like Miro, Figma, and UXPressia.
