Senior Product Designer - Visual & Illustration

📋 Description

• Define and evolve brand's visual language, motion, and guidelines for digital products

• Set visual design, illustration, and motion standards, driving quality and consistency

• Own product illustration and iconography strategy and execution

• Envision and articulate the future of the company's digital brand experience

• Develop and maintain design system components and patterns

• Create inspiring mockups, prototypes, and design artifacts

• Manage multiple design projects independently

• Provide guidance to design partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product, visual, UX design, or similar roles

• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong visual design expertise

• Strong skills in Marketing & Brand Design including illustration and motion design

• Expertise in Visual Design and defining visual languages

• Excellent visual communication and storytelling abilities

• Proficient in Design System thinking, UI/UX standards, and Accessibility

• Highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, and related design and production software
