• Minimum 4 years of experience in UX/Product Design with a broad perspective and a robust portfolio showcasing visual excellence, system-level thinking, and user-centric solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in visual design with a keen eye for design craftsmanship, encompassing layout, typography, color, and accessibility across desktop and mobile platforms. The portfolio should feature visually captivating product experiences, as well as process and reasoning behind design choices.
• Proficiency in designing scalable UI systems and consistently delivering engaging, user-centered, and delightful solutions.
• Experience in agile product development and UI design for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Strong communication skills, effective collaboration abilities, and a contribution to fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment.
