• The role of Senior Product Designer entails leading and crafting the future lineup of Underdog products. This involves employing design-thinking, product strategy, and brand elements to deliver exceptional experiences and features for the Fantasy and/or Sports Betting products.
• Take charge of existing product design solutions while also identifying opportunities for future improvements and enhancements.
• Work closely with team leaders from various departments, such as engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to develop and implement product solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Develop artifacts to advocate for product solutions at every stage of the design process: from sketches, usability studies, wireframes, prototypes, to presentations and documentation.
• Collaborate and contribute to a top-tier design team through knowledge sharing, critiques, and workshops.
• Possess 3-5+ years of experience in product design for both native mobile and web-based products.
• Be a driven individual committed to delivering optimal solutions and experiences for customers and their objectives.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, being able to craft effective solutions in scenarios with limited information and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
• Showcase a portfolio illustrating your design process, insights gained, and outstanding execution on consumer-facing mobile products.
• Show enthusiasm for Underdog's mission and products, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities and proficiency in modern design tools.
