Senior Staff Product Designer – Design Systems

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a small team to continuously enhance user experience

• Take new features through the entire design process, from concept to testing to implementation

• Create user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that are easy to navigate

• Work closely with the Design Systems team to establish scalable design patterns

• Engage in design reviews to receive and implement feedback

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap execution

• Daily interaction with Engineering, User Research, and Product teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional Design experience, with at least 7 years in Design Systems

• Proven track record in designing components for consumer-facing web and mobile platforms

• Strong skills in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools

• Open-minded, collaborative, and humble approach

• Interest in crypto or financial products

• Experience with AI tools like Figma Make, Vercel V0, and Cursor (Nice to Haves)

• Experience developing custom Figma plugins (Nice to Haves)

• Familiarity with MCP Servers for design systems (Nice to Haves)

• Expertise in visual and motion design, including prototyping within product screens (Nice to Haves)
