• Lead innovative design projects focused on user engagement, expansion, and AI-driven site development within Webflow’s website platform, utilizing deep user understanding, market trends, and cutting-edge technologies.
• Develop and communicate a compelling vision for initial customer interactions using AI to enhance onboarding, site creation, and conversion processes.
• Collaborate closely with various teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Data to shape coherent strategic plans, ensure successful market launches, and promote alignment across multifaceted initiatives.
• Prototype, test, and refine creative ideas quickly to validate assumptions, define strategic paths, foster team unity, and drive towards delivering exceptional user-centric experiences.
• Enhance the quality, consistency, and reliability of Webflow’s platform by establishing and expanding design guidelines, mentoring designers, and evolving design systems and user experience practices.
• Serve as a thought leader, both internally and externally, informed by user research, advancements in AI technologies, and competitor strategies.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in AI technologies, AI prototyping, design systems, web design industry knowledge, standards, content management, and accessibility.
• Show proven experience in influencing and leading complex projects in a remote setting.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to working on complex products in a high-growth, scaling company.
• Possess excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Have previous experience with software aimed at empowering professional or technical users in their respective fields.
• Pay attention to detail to ensure that products consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Understand the impact of high-quality software experiences and are comfortable with the business strategies driving tangible growth.
• Have a growth mindset, remain optimistic about the future, and embrace ambiguity.
• Stay curious and open to growth, actively learning about emerging technologies like AI to enhance creativity, accelerate progress, and maximize impact.
