• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to lead and execute roadmap projects from start to finish, avoiding hand-offs
• Identify opportunities to enhance or redesign critical screens and user flows, as well as address minor quality issues while using Linear
• Develop mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to articulate concepts and illustrate their implementation
• Provide guidance and inspiration to fellow designers by engaging in collaborative critiques of ongoing work
• Utilize and enhance our streamlined design system components
• Assist in the recruitment of new team members who can enhance the team and product
• Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in software design
• Demonstrate the courage to ask questions, experiment, and advocate for your convictions
• Exhibit humility in accepting feedback, adapting your perspectives, and iterating towards optimal solutions
• Have proficiency in prototyping using Figma and other tools such as AI, HTML/CSS, and Origami
• Ability to analyze problems and feedback, then design concise and targeted solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as a significant portion of our work is conducted asynchronously
