• Possess over 10 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field with a proven track record of individual contributions.

• Demonstrate expertise in UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.

• Proficient in design systems and leading their implementation.

• Expertise in Figma and leading its utilization for design processes.

• Specialized in data visualization design and creating compelling data experiences.

• Deep understanding of product design in complex software, preferably within cybersecurity.

• Strong problem-solving skills and design thinking abilities.

• Ability to manage conflict effectively and excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Goal-oriented with strong strategic alignment abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

• Experience in mentoring and fostering growth in design teams.
