Senior Staff Product Designer – Platform

📋 Description

• Take the lead on and successfully carry out intricate design projects spanning various product areas

• Collaborate with different teams to steer and define the product vision and strategy

• Shape the user experience for crucial customer journeys

• Work closely with Design Systems teams to establish scalable patterns and components

• Analyze user needs and business requirements thoroughly

• Engage in all project stages, from planning and execution to QA and retrospectives

• Serve as a key figure in product design, guiding other designers and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have over 10 years of professional experience in designing consumer-facing products for web and mobile platforms

• Demonstrated capability in designing at scale, developing reusable patterns and components

• Strong skills in building relationships and influencing stakeholders across various teams

• Experience in guiding design strategy and contributing to product roadmaps

• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools

• Background in conducting user research studies and utilizing insights to guide design choices

• Collaborative, open-minded, and with a low ego attitude

• Nice to have: Previous experience in design within FinTech or crypto; Familiarity with the cryptocurrency ecosystem and Coinbase products; Platform experience
