• As a Senior UI Designer, you will collaborate closely with various team members to create top-notch interfaces that align with our brand and design systems. Your role is crucial in enhancing product quality, ensuring design consistency, and guiding fellow designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UI or visual design for digital products, particularly with a strong portfolio in enterprise or SaaS applications.

• Demonstrate experience in agile or cross-functional teams, working alongside Product Managers and Engineers.

• Show proven success in contributing to design systems at scale and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to present design rationale to stakeholders at all levels.

• Showcase a robust portfolio displaying UI work for complex digital products, especially enterprise or SaaS tools.

• Fluent in Figma, with experience in designing and maintaining reusable components.

• Possess a solid foundation in visual design principles such as layout, color, typography, and hierarchy.

• Familiarity with Service Design thinking and the ability to map UI to user journeys.

• Excellent mentoring and feedback-giving skills to support junior designers.

• Advanced English Level is required for effective communication with US clients and delivering optimal solutions.
