• We’re looking for a seasoned User Experience Designer who can help Findem build consumer-like workflow experiences using next generation technologies like AI/ML.

• This role will be exciting, challenging and meaningful, while exploring new UX frontiers – building AI/ML assistants and connected user journeys to enable frictionless productivity connecting people to jobs (an important enabler of human purpose).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a user experience designer

• Experience synthesizing user feedback, and iterating on designs and prototypes until they are user-validated and engineering-ready

• Communication experience and experience working with product and technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products

• Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones(Nice to have)

• Prior experience working in a startup(Nice to have)

• Prior experience in designing for business workflow products(Nice to have)

• Extensive experience with Figma components and prototyping

• Bachelor of Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
