β’ Join us in consulting and supporting various customer experience initiatives, particularly in the financial services sector.
β’ Responsibilities include developing user flows, creating wireframes, conducting user testing, collaborating with stakeholders to define design requirements, and facilitating co-design sessions.
β’ You will work closely with UI designers to enhance design fidelity, deliver sprint stories, conduct research, and create documentation for scenarios and UX flows.
β’ Testing concepts and flows with stakeholders and customers will be essential to ensure successful project outcomes.
β’ Looking for a strong interaction designer with expertise in rapid concept development and prototyping.
β’ Proficient in tools such as Figma, XD, Sketch, and Invision, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with executive team members.
β’ Must be able to deliver rapid concepting, interaction design, and overall experience design for short-term and long-term goals.
β’ Self-driven, reliable team player comfortable working at a fast pace and delivering iteratively.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in digital agencies as an Information Architect, Experience Designer, Product Designer, or UX Designer.
β’ Portfolio showcasing key projects, roles, deliverables, and successes achieved in creating mobile, tablet, and web experiences for Enterprise organizations.
β’ Familiarity with technical considerations for mobile customer experiences, detailed user-interface specifications, and design patterns.
β’ Ability to work within collaborative, cross-functional teams and willingness to travel abroad.
β’ Sense of humour is a plus!
