📋 Description

• Lead UX design projects from start to finish independently.

• Provide guidance to UX designers and collaborate effectively with various teams.

• Conduct interviews with users and stakeholders to identify insights and opportunities.

• Evaluate and audit SaaS products for usability and effectiveness.

• Document and analyze design systems for improvements.

• Enhance and optimize design systems to ensure they meet best practices and development standards.

• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and insights.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and refined interface designs based on insights.

• Present and defend design work with clear articulation of design decisions.

• Demonstrated track record of leading UX design projects at a Senior level.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user research, research-driven design, and design system expertise.

• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience in conducting user interviews and usability evaluations.

• Proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, auto layout, and prototyping.

• Knowledge of accessible design principles and WCAG compliance.

• Experience in developing scalable design systems.

• Self-driven, focused on outcomes, and detail-oriented.

• Fluent in spoken and written English, able to work closely with U.S.-based teams.

• Background in fintech, B2B SaaS, or compliance-sensitive industries.

• Familiarity with structured investment products or financial advisor tools.

• Experience in Agile or sprint-based product development environments.
