Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• We are seeking a talented Senior Web Designer to join our dynamic web team.

• As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions that enhance the overall experience of Freshworks.com.

• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, visual designers and publishers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• You will work on user research, design wireframes, develop interaction models and conduct usability testing.

• You will contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across Freshworks.com.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

• Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, and usability best practices.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.

• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

• Continuously explore and evaluate emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
