🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of UX experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric, data-driven, and business-aligned design solutions.

• Expertise in both B2B & B2C UX, spanning enterprise SaaS platforms and consumer-facing applications.

• Strong user research & market awareness, with proficiency in various research methods, product analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

• Ability to create user personas and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and actionable design solutions.

• Curious about business and market trends, staying up to date with the latest in design and technology.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, fluent in both verbal and written English.

• Startup experience is a plus, particularly in fast-paced environments.

• Strategic yet hands-on, proactively driving continuous improvement and innovation within UX.
