🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design systems, user flows, and high-fidelity UI.

• Proven expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools.

• Deep understanding of design systems and atomic design patterns.

• Experience defining personas and user journey mapping.

• Strong knowledge of interaction design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.

• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) for design handoff.

• Experience with front-end development is a plus.

• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to lead design reviews, mentor junior designers, and communicate design rationale effectively.
