Senior UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Work closely with workstream Product Owners to gather requirements and develop high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes

• Collaborate with the Creative Lead and UX Designers to create design assets and uphold the design system

• Act as a bridge between the creative and technical teams

• Stay updated on digital technologies and emerging design trends

• Implement user experience principles using best practices and expert knowledge

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a college or university degree in experience design or a related field, or have equivalent experience

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing rapid prototypes and wireframes

• Proficient in utilizing Design Thinking & Continuous Discovery Methodologies

• Skilled in creating scalable components for a design system using Figma

• Experienced in designing for web and native mobile platforms

• Familiar with responsive web design principles

• Capable of utilizing research and analytics to inform design decisions based on industry standards

• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Miro

• Familiarity with working in an Agile environment and utilizing JIRA as a tracking tool
