Senior Visual Product Designer

📋 Description

• Create scalable consumer experiences by designing intuitive web interfaces that drive conversions and can adapt to our expanding product range

• Develop design systems by crafting and documenting Figma components and patterns that showcase our refreshed brand

• Focus on high-fidelity design by delivering polished UI, interactive prototypes, and production-ready specs that uphold quality standards

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and brand teams to deliver innovative solutions that make a significant impact

• Incorporate user insights by conducting usability tests, analyzing feedback, and refining designs based on actual user behavior

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of experience in designing for web and mobile, with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design and a strong design ethos

• Proficiency in visual design, with a keen eye for typography, color, spacing, and motion

• Experience working with design systems and contributing to Figma component libraries

• Strong prototyping skills using Figma and other relevant platforms

• Comfortable integrating AI tools into the design workflow

• Excellent communication skills for presenting work, giving and receiving feedback, and collaborating effectively across different teams
