• Passion for transforming behavioral health for children and families.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring junior designers and promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design rationale and vision to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Extensive experience in designing digital products and scalable systems, particularly in high-growth environments.
• Ability to manage complexity and navigate clinical flows efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Startup mindset with the initiative to fill gaps and contribute to design and strategy as needed.
• Nice to have: Experience in healthcare, mental health, or service design for hybrid digital/physical services.
