• Influence team strategy by contributing to planning, prioritization, and scope with a strong design perspective linked to KPIs.
• Explore and implement AI and automation tools to push the boundaries of design practices and AI-powered workflows.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in product design with a demonstrated impact on released products.
• Demonstrate proficiency in product design, UX, UI, and qualitative research, delivering meticulous and detail-oriented work.
• Effectively collaborate with engineers and possess an understanding of software development, including common web technologies.
• Have experience delivering end-to-end features in smaller teams or startup environments and can drive complex issues to measurable outcomes.
• Operate at a high pace in an MVP-driven setting, balancing quality and speed amidst uncertainty.
• Utilize research and metrics to make informed decisions and consistently deliver solutions that support team KPIs.
