Sr. Product Designer - Design System

📋 Description

• Develops and generates Figma UI components encompassing interactions, design tokens, variants, and UX patterns at every phase of the design process

• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a discerning eye for design aesthetics

• Act as the linchpin of UX by closely collaborating with UX developers, product designers, and product management on UX endeavors

• Establish and uphold BusPatrol’s design system, including creating a roadmap and backlog for product design

• Guide others in implementing human-centered design principles

• Identify areas for enhancement in UX strategy and innovation to instigate change and address customer needs

• Offer UX annotations or design specifications for development and product enhancement

• Perform Product Design Quality Assurance (PDQA) and conduct UX reviews for development projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design/UX design

• Over 5 years of experience with design systems

• Advanced proficiency with Figma is a must

• Familiarity with working in an agile framework is essential

• Prior work experience at a product-focused technology company is required

• Portfolio showcasing design system projects is mandatory

• Preferred Experience includes hands-on knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript)
