📋 Description

• Seeking a seasoned Product Designer who excels in navigating uncertainty and influencing product strategy through strategic design choices; leveraging AI-driven design processes to prototype and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver impactful solutions.

• Reporting to the Design Manager, you will tackle complex challenges across platforms and business domains; striking a balance between creative exploration and practical delivery; setting clear timeframes for brainstorming and detailed definition; evaluating success based on business outcomes and speed to market.

• Operating with autonomy, you will foster collaboration across teams, establish scalable design frameworks, enhance design systems, and promote continuous feedback and refinement.

• Proven track record in product design driving business results through design

• Proficiency in AI design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for ideation and code-based prototyping

• Extensive experience with design systems - Developing, maintaining, and evolving systems that blend consistency with innovation

• Strong business acumen - Ability to articulate design choices as testable hypotheses with quantifiable impact

• Exceptional remote collaboration skills - Demonstrated success in fostering relationships and achieving results in distributed teams

• Technical proficiency - Fluent in Figma, knowledgeable in HTML/CSS, and adaptable to new tools

• Strong focus on pragmatic quality - Prioritizing efforts for maximum impact, with rigorous testing and follow-up

• Outstanding communication abilities - Capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives
