📋 Description

• Take the lead in all design aspects of projects, working closely with cross-functional agile teams to create a seamless and engaging product experience for users

• Enhance Addepar's product experience by showcasing exceptional interaction design and data visualization

• Utilize user research and data to shape design concepts, influence product strategies, and contribute to the development of the Addepar Product Language design system

• Actively seek feedback from team members, providing valuable input and mentorship to foster a collaborative design environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and a focus on design quality

• Proficiency in creating web products and UI for enterprise users

• Ability to simplify complex requirements into scalable and optimized design solutions

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach

• Proficient in Figma, the primary design tool used

• Experience in the finance industry is a bonus, but not a requirement
