• Proactively address business obstacles and develop effective product solutions independently.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicate effectively, and manage project timelines.
• Define design processes, scope project work, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design leadership.
• Proficient in visual and interaction design with a strategic mindset.
• Capable of leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
• Skilled in navigating ambiguity, setting vision, and strategizing for global products.
• Ability to design for both digital and offline experiences and simplify complex information for users.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in designing platforms, collaborating with research and writing teams, and redesigning product elements.
• Open to candidates with limited experience but a passion for redesigning product experiences.
