• Advocate for customer needs in AI product decisions, grounding design in genuine requirements.
• Offer guidance and support to senior designers working on AI features.
• Shape the design organization's principles, rituals, and culture; lead efforts to enhance our work practices.
• Share knowledge through documentation, evaluation, and team practices.
• Foster AI design proficiency across the organization through collaboration and education.
• Represent Articulate in the wider design community, contributing to innovative thinking and enhancing our reputation for design excellence.
• Possess 10–12+ years of professional experience in product design, including end-to-end delivery in SaaS.
• Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting expertise in UX, systems thinking, and AI-powered experiences (e.g., assistants, generative input, chat flows, intelligent automation).
• Demonstrate proven experience in contributing to cross-functional initiatives at a large scale.
• Have deep knowledge of design systems, usability principles, and rapid prototyping techniques.
• Exhibit excellent communication and storytelling abilities; capable of aligning partners and inspiring colleagues.
• Be collaborative, resilient, and results-driven—able to navigate through uncertain situations comfortably.
• Possess a passion for human-centered, responsible AI design.
• Be strategic, pragmatic, and collaborative—able to function autonomously and make an impact in evolving contexts.
