• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape product vision and strategy.
• Contribute to the development of HubSpot's design system.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
• Possess strong data analysis skills and the ability to enhance data collection systems.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and iterating rapidly.
