• Confident in presenting work to company leadership and effectively communicating design choices through compelling storytelling
• Experience in leading fellow designers, either in a managerial role or as a senior individual contributor
• Familiarity with working on cross-functional projects spanning various organizations and product teams
• Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech products
