• Take the lead in designing the Dashboard presence for the Optimized Checkout Suite
• Lead the design of a new Dashboard product that allows merchants to optimize checkout flows efficiently without extensive coding
• Develop AI-driven workflows and enhance merchant experiences to drive revenue growth
• Communicate a compelling product vision and collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to shape strategy and roadmaps
• Mentor other designers by leading design workstreams and team rituals
• Ensure seamless user experiences by collaborating with product teams across Stripe
• Maintain high standards for product quality in your work and that of your colleagues
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a tech or product-driven company
• Ability to independently tackle complex problems and provide simple, intuitive solutions
• Proficiency in translating business goals into customer-focused design solutions
• Strong skills in visual and interaction design
• Confident in presenting work to company leadership and adept at explaining design decisions through compelling storytelling
• Experience in leading fellow designers, either as a design manager or senior individual contributor
• Preferred: Experience in working on cross-functional projects involving multiple organizations and product teams
• Preferred: Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech products
