Staff Product Designer – Client Experience Operations

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead the design process at a CXO level, influencing the product roadmap and strategy.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and product management to develop practical design solutions.

• Drive the design of AI-powered tools for internal and client use, enhancing customer experience and interactions.

• Develop multiple design concepts and prototypes, knowing when detailed attention is necessary and when quick sketches suffice.

• Incorporate user feedback into product strategy, focusing on creating delightful experiences for customers.

• Utilize data to guide design decisions and solutions.

• Align UX efforts with the strategic vision of the company's working areas.

• Establish expertise in customer experience tools and AI solutions.

• Keep abreast of industry trends to introduce innovative solutions into product designs.
