• Collaborate strategically with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to shape team strategy, make product decisions, and prioritize roadmap items.
• Take charge of the entire user journey and oversee all design aspects from conceptualization, ideation, prototyping, user testing, to final production.
• Work closely with our Design Systems team to establish scalable design frameworks and solutions.
• Lead the design function for your designated product area.
• Offer mentorship and design guidance to fellow team members.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Design
• Demonstrated success in leading the design function for a product area
• Proficiency in managing the entire design process from concept to implementation
• Expertise in visual and interaction design, prototyping, and UX best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UX Research, Product, and Engineering teams to steer product decisions and strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Humble and receptive to feedback
• Preferred: Experience in cryptocurrencies, including familiarity with onchain activities like Ethereum interactions, ENS usage, and engagement with dApps or blockchain-based services.
