• Lead and guide peer designers and product teams by providing mentorship, constructive feedback, and strategic design direction
• Establish long-term design standards and architecture for the mobile application
• Contribute to product visioning and strategy within the CRM domain
• Govern and contribute to the development of new mobile patterns in the design system
• Create a large volume of high-quality design work, ranging from concept sketches to pixel-perfect UI specifications
• Conduct impactful research initiatives to uncover deep user needs
• Develop simple yet effective mobile solutions for complex challenges in the CRM domain
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio of successfully launched products
• Expertise in designing for iOS and Android platforms, with a deep understanding of platform conventions, performance limitations, and accessibility best practices
• Experience in leading design for B2B/Enterprise SaaS products, preferably in CRM, FinTech, or data-heavy sectors
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma, with experience in managing complex component libraries and variables
• Ability to think strategically, work autonomously, and consistently deliver high-quality results
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate design rationale to various stakeholders
