• Lead a newly-formed, cross-functional squad focused on evolving, implementing, and scaling our design system, Norma. Develop tools, components, documentation, and processes to empower designers and engineers to create exceptional experiences. Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders globally to drive adoption of our design system.
• Experienced in designing, implementing, and evolving a mature design system, including necessary tooling, documentation, and strategies for effective scaling.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing expertise in product design and design systems, demonstrating scalable thinking and a strong grasp of visual and interaction design principles.
• Advocate for consistency and systematic design, while also recognizing when flexibility or evolution is essential in a design system.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design narratives, provide guidance, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a proven track record of autonomously owning design for complex domains and multiple projects. Skilled at cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful outcomes.
• Recognized for influencing design system improvements, product experience, quality, and organizational culture. Preference for candidates with experience in designing B2B SaaS solutions for industries like HRTech and FinTech.
