• Join Remote at an exciting time and contribute as a Staff Product Designer, Design System within our Product Design team, impacting the global employment space.

• Be part of a dynamic team of over 40 designers, researchers, and creatives dedicated to crafting exceptional experiences that drive Remote's successful growth and assist clients worldwide.

• Lead a newly-formed, cross-functional squad focused on advancing, implementing, and expanding our design system, Norma.

• Develop tools, components, documentation, and methodologies that empower designers and engineers to create top-tier experiences, collaborating with various stakeholders globally to promote the adoption of our design system.

• Showcase expertise in designing, implementing, and evolving design systems, along with the necessary tools and strategies for effective scalability.

• Present a remarkable portfolio highlighting product design and design system projects, demonstrating the ability to think systematically and a strong grasp of visual and interaction design principles.

• Advocate for consistency in design while recognizing the need for flexibility and evolution within a design system.

• Possess excellent communication skills to articulate design narratives, provide guidance, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, proficient in written and spoken English.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of design across complex domains and projects, and excelling in cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful outcomes.

• Demonstrate expertise in building consensus, resolving debates, and influencing quality and culture within an organization.

• Prior experience in designing B2B SaaS solutions, particularly in industries like HRTech and FinTech, is preferred.
