• Lead the development and adoption of Deel's design system, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability of UI components across platforms
• Drive the strategy for creating robust, reusable components that serve various use cases efficiently
• Enhance collaboration between designers and engineers by developing tools and systems to streamline workflows

• 5-7 years of Product Design experience with a focus on design systems at scale

• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead projects independently
• Proficiency in Figma, design tokens, and component libraries
• Familiarity with MUI component library, React, TypeScript, and design-token-driven development
• Knowledge of motion design principles is a plus
