π― Requirements
β’ 8+ years as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience)
β’ Experience designing developer tools, platforms, or other technical products
β’ Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design and technical product work
β’ Proven track record of leading design initiatives from concept to launch
β’ Expert in design tools (Figma, etc.) and prototyping technologies
β’ Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable solutions
β’ Successfully led design strategy for complex technical products
β’ Proven track record of influencing and aligning cross-functional partners without direct authority
β’ Excellence in communicating design decisions to technical audiences
β’ Demonstrated success in mentoring designers and improving team practices
β’ Strong ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives independently
β’ Skill in sequencing and communicating long-term vision through incremental steps
β’ Deep knowledge of software development processes, practices, toolchains, and cloud/devops
β’ Familiarity with modern development practices and platforms
β’ Experience building and evolving component-based design systems
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers (coding skills not required)
β’ Experience with AI/ML-enhanced user experiences a plus
