📋 Description

• Lead impactful design projects from inception to completion

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams

• Develop and execute the UX strategy for the assigned product domain

• Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow designers

• Promote customer-centric design principles throughout the product development process

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design

• Portfolio demonstrating polished and impactful user experiences in web or mobile SaaS products

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Figjam

• Ability to address customer needs with innovative design solutions

• Strong visual and interaction design capabilities

• Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions

• Experience in mentoring and guiding other designers

• Familiarity with complex product ecosystems and interconnected workflows

• Prior experience in designing for fintech products is a plus
