Staff Product Designer, Growth

📋 Description

• Create user-centered solutions to drive key growth metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, and monetization

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, data analysts, and marketers to define, test, and iterate on growth hypotheses

• Develop prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that effectively convey design intent

• Work closely with various design teams to ensure a cohesive user experience across different product areas, considering all possible scenarios

• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions, identify friction points, and optimize the user journey

• Understand A/B testing frameworks and work with data on testing and results

• Balance product and business objectives with exceptional user experience

• Contribute to the evolution of the design system and advance visual and interaction standards through motion

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and app

• Demonstrated Growth Experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI skills, experimentation work, and measurable outcomes

• Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing

• Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar data analytic tools

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

• Comfortable with involvement in the entire development process from ideation to design QA

• Skill in balancing product and business goals with exceptional user experience

• Action-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Passionate about design

• Nice to have: Experience in designing onboarding flows, virality features, pricing pages, or subscription models

• Nice to have: Proficiency in advanced prototyping using progressive disclosure
